Refund policy
The return process must be initiated within three days of purchase.
The item being returned must be unused and in original packaging.
Customer must have original receipt of purchase.
Returns only apply to items damaged due to shipping/ transit. A customer is eligible to a replacement, store credit or refund, as per case.
Allergic reactions, change of mind, disliking the color are not covered under the return policy.
The return price must be of the same value as the purchase price. If an item is purchased using a coupon or during a sale, the refund/store credit amount would match the original price paid and not the full price.
Any store credit vouchers issued as a return need to be used within thirty days of being issued.
